A QR code or other 2-D tag can link to just about anything. But whatever content you send back to user must be something worthwhile. In order to maximize the opportunity with QR codes we need to interact with people in a way that’s interesting and fun.
Consumers don’t want to be bombarded with more brand information or plain advertising. Customers who scan the codes want to be entertained and informed. Make sure that the resulting content or action is worth the customers’ interaction and brings them value!
